Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee complete site execution activities, including Mivan shuttering, RCC (Reinforced Concrete Cement) works, and finishing (internal & external).
  • Monitor work progress against project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and BOQ.
  • Supervise Mivan formwork operations including planning, alignment, installation, striking, and maintenance.
  • Reduce cycle time and optimize the formwork schedule for faster floor casting.
  • Ensure the correct use and handling of Mivan equipment and shuttering material.
  • Oversee all RCC structural works footings, columns, bems, slabs, shear walls, etc.
  • Ensure quality of steel reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting activities.
  • Coordinate with the structural consultant for inspection and approvals.
  • Manage internal finishes: plastering, POP, painting, tiling, doors & windows, false ceiling, etc.
  • Supervise external finishes: facade, elevation treatments, external plaster, waterproofing, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely delivery and execution of finishing packages.
  • Implement strict quality control and safety procedures as per IS codes and company policies.
  • Conduct site quality checks and coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and environmental compliance at site.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain daily reports, DPRs, material reconciliation, hindrance logs, and other site documentation.
  • Report execution status, issues, and progress to the senior management team.
