Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, Business Development Executive based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business growth. Day-to-day tasks involve presenting product solutions, conducting market research to identify new prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also be required to manage pre-sales and post-sales technical queries from customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for understanding and presenting technical products to clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales strategies, including market research and lead generation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and propose solutions tailored to customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the HVAC or environment solutions industry is a plus
- Proficiency using CRM tools and basic understanding of sales analysis
