We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall HR functions of our organization. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in recruitment, eager to further develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Acquisition Executive will assist in managing the recruitment process, working closely with senior team members to identify and attract the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Help maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources for a smooth start.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of recruitment records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or recruitment firm.
  • Familiarity with IT and Non-IT recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
