We are looking for an enthusiastic and result -driven HR Tele -Caller to support our recruitment team by connecting with job seekers, explaining job opportunities, and screening candidates over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of recruitment processes.Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database/job portals.Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.Screen applicants as per job requirements and schedule interviews.Maintain candidate records and update status in recruitment software.Follow up with candidates and ensure show -ups for interviews.Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview feedback and closures. Requirements6 months to 2 years of experience in tele -calling or recruitment.Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.) is an advantage.Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
