We are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented HR RecruitmentExecutive to assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidatesthroughout the recruitment process. You will be the bridge between candidatesand recruiters, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and processmanagement.Source candidates through job portals, social media, andinternal data -basesMake outbound calls to potential candidates to screen andqualify themSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates andhiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitmenttrackersAssist recruiters in posting job ads and managing joblistingsHandle candidate queries professionally and promptlySupport in organizing recruitment drives, virtualinterviews, and onboarding activitiesFollow up with candidates post -interview forfeedback and documentationRequirements Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferred: HR, BusinessAdministration, or similar) 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support or HR tele calling Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive candidateexperience Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) A motivated, team -player attitude with a willingness to learn Benefits Competitive Salary Package Career growth opportunities in HR and Recruitment fields Work with a dynamic and supportive HR team Training and development programs
