We are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented HR Recruitment Executive to assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be the bridge between candidates and recruiters, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and process management.Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal data -basesMake outbound calls to potential candidates to screen and qualify themSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist recruiters in posting job ads and managing job listingsHandle candidate queries professionally and promptlySupport in organizing recruitment drives, virtual interviews, and onboarding activitiesFollow up with candidates post -interview for feedback and documentation Requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or similar) 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support or HR tele calling Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive candidate experience Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) A motivated, team -player attitude with a willingness to learn BenefitsBenefits Competitive Salary Package Career growth opportunities in HR and Recruitment fields Work with a dynamic and supportive HR team Training and development program
