Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers (HR/Admin of Corporates) and provide them with information about Sprink's meal offerings
2. Follow scripts and guidelines to engage customers in meaningful conversations and address their queries or concerns
3. Identify potential opportunities by qualifying customers by asking pre-designed questions
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills while interacting with customers over the phone
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback, complaints, and inquiries, in the company database
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
7. Stay updated on the latest product offerings and pricing to be able to effectively communicate these to customers

**Other important requirements**

At least 2 years of experience in B2B tele-calling is a must

There will be weekly and monthly targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
