About the Role
We are seeking a
multi-talented HR & Admin Associate
to join our team. This unique role combines
HR Operations, Administrative responsibilities, and direct support to the Founders' Office
. The ideal candidate is a fresher with strong internship experience in HR Operations, who is also eager to broaden their skills in office administration, executive assistance, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities
- Track attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance records
- Assist in recruitment coordination and HR data reporting
Administration:
- Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, procurement, and facility support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and documentation management
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics as required
Founder's Office Support:
- Work closely with the founders on key strategic and operational initiatives
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research material for leadership reviews
- Act as a bridge between founders and different teams for effective communication and follow-ups
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Completed 2–4 internships in HR Operations (mandatory); exposure to admin or executive support is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset
