Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  2. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.

  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  4. Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation for new hires.

  5. HR Operations

  6. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  7. Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing data for decision-making.

  8. Support payroll and attendance management as required.

  9. Employee Engagement

  10. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

  11. Help in collecting employee feedback and conducting surveys.

Qualifications

  • Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
