Role & responsibilities

1. Proven experience as a VMC operator.

2. Proficiency with controls such as HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc.

3. In-depth knowledge of cutting tools and cutting parameters.

4. Familiarity with G Code and M Code.

5. Expertise in operating VMC machines and tooling, as well as precision measurement tools.

6. Ability to prepare daily production reports.

7. Competence in reading and understanding engineering drawings.

8. Basic computer knowledge, including an understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

9. Expertise in handling measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, height gauges (TRIMOS), micrometers, radius gauges, Go-No Go gauges, thread gauges, and slip gauges.

10. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

11. Ability to coordinate with the QC team to ensure the quality of parts.

12. Strong mechanical engineering skills and good mathematical skills.

13. Ability to train trainee operators.

14. Good communication skills.

15. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
