Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Duties include conducting market research, developing marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media presence, and collaborating with team members to execute effective marketing strategies. The role will involve regular interaction with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Strong Content Creation, Copywriting, and Content Marketing skills
  • Project Management and Campaign Planning expertise, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
  • Analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, familiarity with analytics platforms, and CRM systems
  • Relevant educational background, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar fields
  • Prior experience in event management marketing or corporate events is advantageous
