Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing email campaigns, managing email lists, analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring campaigns align with the company's objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging email content, optimizing email deliverability, and maintaining compliance with best practices and regulations for email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Email Marketing, Campaign Management, and A/B Testing
  • Skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Graphic Design tailored for email campaigns
  • Proficiency in Analytics, Reporting, and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of Email Automation Tools, List Segmentation, and Email Deliverability standards
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or IT Services company is a plus
