Email Marketing Specialist (Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute international email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Create engaging email content with strong copy, visuals, and CTAs.
  • Build responsive and attractive email templates.
  • Track and analyze KPIs like open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare clear performance reports for ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain and improve email automation workflows with accurate data.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement testing strategies.
  • Stay updated with email marketing trends, best practices, and SEO basics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of international email marketing experience.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing agency workflows.
  • Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Brevo, Saleshandy, and AI tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
