Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer to generate leads, acquire databases through extensive web research, telephone and mass communication such as email and social media platforms, and identify appropriate clients. The successful candidate will hand over the leads to concerned customers who will contact and convert them to sales. You will be responsible for maintaining the lead generation database and ensuring that potential prospects understand the solution, its benefits, pricing, delivery, and other information. The successful candidate must be able to conduct research and explore the international market, identify potential clients for IT projects and web applications, and carry out competitive analysis and plan new market strategies. We expect you to submit daily reports on lead generation initiation and emails sent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire databases through extensive web research, telephone and mass communication such as emails and social media and identify appropriate clients.

• Maintain lead generation database.

• Hand over leads to concerned customers who will contact the lead and convert to sales.

• Conduct research and explore the international market, identify potential clients for IT projects, and web applications.

• Competitive analysis and planning of new marketing strategy.

• Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to, messaging, email campaign design, editing, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

• Submit daily reports on lead generated/initiated and emails sent.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation in any discipline.

• Experience of 2-3 years in similar role.

• Knowledge and skill in gathering information and creating positive impressions about the company's services.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge and skill in social media and marketing tools.

• Knowledge of SEO, SMO, qualitative data digging from internet research.

• Knowledge of email marketing and database management.

• Knowledge of content writing will be preferred but not mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:
We require an experienced and skilled candidate who can bring innovative ideas to the table. You must have exceptional communication skills and be a strategic thinker. You must have experience working with CRM software and creating email campaigns, along with knowledge of SEO, SMO, qualitative data digging from internet research. Knowledge of content writing will also be advantageous. The successful candidate should be a creative problem solver and have good time management skills.
