Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing daily tasks, campaigns and brand-building activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic marketing knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively. The role may also require occasional field visits for market research and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members for campaign requirements.
  • Manage and update company social media pages and website content.
  • Support in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, emailers, and reports.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Visit the market occasionally for on-ground research, surveys, and competitor/product study.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, or product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases, lead lists, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, advertising, and other marketing operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing MIS, and handling communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO basics or Google Analytics.
