Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to be part of our growth journey. This role is pivotal in partner acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

The VRM will be responsible not only for onboarding new Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs/IFAs) but also for driving consistent revenue growth from the onboarded partners by ensuring engagement, motivation, and continuous business development.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys networking, and has a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Conduct cold calling, digital outreach, and networking to identify and connect with potential IFAs/IFDs and financial intermediaries.
  • Generate qualified leads through structured prospecting strategies.

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive the acquisition of new IFAs/IFDs and onboard them onto the company's investment platform.
  • Provide seamless onboarding experience and ensure all compliance/documentation requirements are met.

Revenue Generation & Growth

  • Be directly accountable for revenue generation from onboarded IFAs/IFDs by engaging them regularly and enabling business conversions.
  • Work with IFAs to drive higher product adoption, cross-selling of investment products, and consistent business activity.
  • Track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IFAs to ensure loyalty and active participation.
  • Act as the go-to relationship manager, providing product insights, market updates, and advisory support to help IFAs achieve success.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales, onboarding, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Share timely reports and pipeline updates with the leadership team.

Brand Advocacy

  • Deliver a world-class partner experience while representing the company's brand and values.
  • Be a trusted partner in the financial growth journey of IFAs and their investors.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
  • 1–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in BFSI/Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, onboard partners, and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of fixed-income and alternative investment products will be an added advantage.
