We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Kitchen Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our kitchen retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for kitchen products and culinary trends, and a proven ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations

  • Oversee all store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Ensure the store meets all safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, reordering as necessary in coordination with purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales targets and KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Provide expert product knowledge on kitchenware, appliances, tools, and culinary trends.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring proper onboarding and continuous development.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting sessions.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain attractive and engaging visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Retail Manager, preferably in kitchenware, home goods, or appliances.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (POS, ERP systems).
  • Passion for cooking, kitchen products, or culinary arts is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail training or staff development.
  • Basic understanding of culinary tools, kitchen trends, and customer buying behavior.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
