Description

This position is responsible for maintaining the books of accounts as per the GAAP requirements and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control procedures. This position supports the Record to Report and compliance activities for a set of legal entities of ResultsCX in one or multiple jurisdictions and owns timely closure of books monthly, preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and other basic accounting functions. (This position does not support an external client).

In this role you will provide intercompany support in the following areas:
  • Supports, accounting includes general accounting, payroll accounting and accruals (vendor and payroll related)
  • Prepares journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis and takes appropriate follow-up action as required
  • Provide explanations on fluctuations in P&L trend on a monthly basis.
  • Complete various tasks assigned as it relates to month-end closing requirements.
  • Makes recommendations to maintain and enhance processes and controls
  • An individual contributor, responsible for general accounting duties.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Graduate with 5 years of job-related experience
  • Must have experience with intercompany general ledger accounting
  • Decent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in a multinational multicurrency environment with foreign currency translation and ability to work in remote accounting operations.
