Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance techno-functional consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) across US/MEXICO and US/PR entities.

This role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and testing to ensure seamless and compliant intercompany transaction processing. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Financials, intercompany accounting, and cross-border compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle AGIS for intercompany transactions between US/MX and US/PR entities.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
  • Design intercompany transaction flows (initiator/recipient setup, processing, approvals, settlements).
  • Configure AGIS modules including:
  • Intercompany Accounts & Rules
  • Transaction Types
  • Balancing & Eliminations
  • Legal Entity / Ledger Relationships
  • Integrate AGIS with Oracle GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management modules.
  • Ensure compliance with cross-border tax, FX, and intercompany reporting.
  • Develop functional specs for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
  • Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 / Fusion ERP Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AGIS design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, SLA, and intercompany accounting.
  • Experience with cross-border intercompany processes (US/MX, US/PR preferred).
  • Knowledge of tax, currency translation, and FX revaluation in intercompany transactions.
  • Strong SQL and reporting skills for reconciliation and data validation.
  • Proven experience in functional design, configurations, testing, and training.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Oracle Fusion ERP (Cloud) Financials experience.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and intercompany audit requirements.
  • Exposure to RPA/automation tools for reconciliation/reporting.
  • Spanish language proficiency (for US/MX) is a plus.
