  • Mandate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4-9 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management across major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk-Preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams responsible for campaign delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, pacing, and multi-channel programmatic campaigns (display, video, mobile).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and deliver detailed reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and supporting client-facing activities.

  • Good to Know Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with client-facing teams, managing multiple accounts in fast-paced agency or trading desk environments.

  • Strong familiarity with third-party verification and analytics tools such as MOAT, DoubleVerify, and their integration with programmatic platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic trading models including PMP, preferred deals, and programmatic guaranteed.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across objectives such as app installs, branding, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex programmatic concepts for client presentations and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emerging programmatic technologies such as AI-driven bidding and audience data management platforms (DMPs).

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Oversee campaign QA processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure error-free trafficking, pacing, and reporting across campaigns.
  • Own client relationships for assigned accounts, participate in weekly client meetings, and communicate campaign insights, optimizations, and performance updates.
  • Develop and implement platform strategies, driving campaign performance improvements by analyzing data trends and recommending actionable optimizations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with onshore and regional teams, third-party vendors, and agency stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate management of campaign documentation, insertion orders, creatives, billing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Enforce best practices across programmatic buying platforms, focusing on consistency, efficiency, and adoption of latest platform features and updates.
  • Serve as an escalation point for campaign or client issues, resolving challenges effectively to maintain campaign success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams and external partners to share knowledge, coordinate strategies, and enhance campaign delivery.
  • Drive career development initiatives within the team, delivering timely feedback, capacity planning, and resource management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging programmatic technologies to continuously improve team capabilities and campaign effectiveness.

Shift details and location:

Rotational shifts:

  • Day shift: 11:30 AM -8:30 PM
  • Night shift: 6:30 PM -3:30 AM (2 hours, as per client request)

Location-Pune

Its good to have:

  • 60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third

  • Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)

  • Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
