Job Title: Sr Analyst HR – Employee Data Management (EDM)

Location: Bangalore

Industry : Preferably in MNC/BPO/KPO environment

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end Hire to Retire (HTR) processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
  • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) requests ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Employee Data Management (EDM) records across HR systems.
  • Support the employee life cycle processes including joining formalities, promotions, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with payroll, benefits, and compliance teams.
  • Provide timely reporting and analytics related to employee data and leave management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to leave, attendance, and data corrections.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to align with multinational policies and systems.
