Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing sales operations. They will track sales performance, provide training and support to the team, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
