Candidate Office Timing - 9AM to 6PM Candidate Location – Akshay nagar bengalore

Languages – English Target Market - B2B Corporates, MNC, Manufacturing, Educational, Datacenter, Hypermarkets, Multi office , Architects, Builders, Consultants  Roles and Responsibility- From Office Supporting Field Sales Team - Getting and submitting quotes, technical validation with team, Working as backend support, RFPs, coordination for deliverables.. Lead Generation - Qualification - Proposal - Relationship Building - Account Mapping- Retention -Quotation Submission - Negotiation -Closure - Invoice Submission - Payment Collection - Senior Level Discussion. Products 1. ICT - Data Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA system etc. 2. Networking & Security - Switching, Wireless, SD WAN, Network/Cyber Security, VAPT  3. End to End - Server, Storage, Complete Comprehensive Solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  2. Conduct regular on-field meetings with B2B clients to understand their hiring or service needs.

  3. Act as the face of the company during client interactions, maintaining professionalism and trust.
  4. Develop and nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

  5. Requirement Gathering

  6. Clearly capture job descriptions (JD), hiring expectations, and other requirements during client meetings.

  7. Ensure all client needs are documented and communicated accurately to the internal team.

  8. Business Development

  9. Identify new business opportunities through field visits and client referrals.

  10. Promote the company's offerings and value proposition to potential clients.

  11. Coordination with Internal Teams

  12. Relay client feedback and requirements to the recruitment or operations team.

  13. Coordinate between client and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

  14. Reporting & Documentation

  15. Maintain visit reports, meeting notes, and update CRM or client trackers regularly.

  16. Share regular updates with the management regarding client interactions and outcomes.

  17. Follow-ups & Client Support

  18. Follow up with clients post-meeting to address any additional queries or concerns.

  19. Ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues faced by clients.
