You need to be a HODLer of these

  • You must be in the final year of or have already completed at least a bachelors course in any Undergraduate degree, preferably in an engineering course
  • You must be available full-time for this internship role i.e.
  • You will have to work from office
  • You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 3 months to the internship.
  • Further tenure can be extended on the basis of performance and the candidate's availability
  • You will blend strategic thinking, product acumen, and analytical rigor to build and scale partner-led growth models that with our long-term business objectives

You will be mining through these tasks

  • Develop a deep understanding of B2B business partner persona to deploy the right channels of engagement and product driven growth to empower the partners
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the Business Partner Channel, ensuring alignment with overall company growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, monetization, and performance through product enhancements
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to design scalable partnership frameworks (sub-broker, affiliate, institutional, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to build tools, dashboards, and systems that enhance partner lifecycle management (onboarding, KYC, payouts, analytics)
  • Drive initiatives to improve partner NPS and retention by simplifying workflows and optimizing incentives
  • Collect and translate partner feedback into actionable product insights
  • Support GTM planning for new partner programs and feature rollouts
