You need to be a HODLer of these
- 3-5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organization Post Graduate.
- Preferable expertise in tech and non-tech hiring domains.
- Experience in managing business stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have strong screening, negotiation and closing skills.
- Should be able to deliver effective results within timelines.
- Should collaborate effectively within the team and maintain consistent communication.
You will be mining through these tasks
- Regularly partner and work with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders and respective HRBPs on closing hiring requirements for both tech and non-tech requirements across levels and BUs.
- Ideate, implement and execute best-in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening and interviewing processes to attract top talent to CoinDCX.
- Follow the recruitment process to comply as per the audit requirements and industry best practices Efficiently following Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios etc.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Campus etc to attract top candidates and position CoinDCX as the preferred employer.
