Core Technical Skills

• Strong programming in
  Go (primary)
  , with experience in
  Java/Scala/Python
  .
• Expertise in
  distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures
  .
• Hands-on with
  real-time streaming
  (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar, Spark Streaming).
• Deep knowledge of
  databases
  :
• NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Bigtable).
• SQL (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience with
  caching & in-memory compute
  (Redis, Aerospike, Memcached).
• Exposure to
  financial systems
  (ledgering, reconciliation, reporting) — fintech/crypto a strong plus.

Execution & Problem-Solving Skills

• Proven track record of
  building scalable, low-latency, high-throughput systems
  .
• Ability to
  translate ambiguous finance/risk problems into robust technical solutions
  .
• Obsessed with
  accuracy, reliability, and customer trust metrics
  .
• Strong sense of
  ownership and accountability
  , delivers outcomes under pressure.

You will be mining through these tasks

• Managing end-to-end product development and delivery
• Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the product
• Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
• Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them and motivating them to solve complex problems. Sharing timely feedback with the team members
