Key Responsibilities:

* Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Copado (and optionally Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps).

* Drive release management, branching strategy, and deployment governance for multiple Salesforce orgs.

* Lead collaboration across dev and admin teams ensuring smooth sandbox and production deployments.

* Implement source-driven development and automate metadata/data migration.

* Mentor team members and establish DevOps best practices within Salesforce ecosystems.

* Oversee compliance, security, and audit standards in release processes.

What You Bring:

* Extensive hands-on experience with Copado – pipeline setup, deployment automation, data templates, and impact analysis.

* Strong background in Salesforce Development & DevOps lifecycle.

* Proficiency in Git-based version control, metadata API, and branching workflows.

* Solid understanding of CI/CD, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.

* Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification (mandatory).

* Experience leading teams or guiding DevOps initiatives in enterprise-scale orgs.

Bonus Points:

* Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center or test automation frameworks.

* Worked in multi-cloud or regulated industry environments (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
