Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation frameworks for Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development lifecycle, DevOps tools, and environment strategy with the ability to streamline deployments and ensure stability across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (using tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).

  2. Manage release management processes including version control, branching strategy, and deployment automation.

  3. Collaborate with development and admin teams to ensure seamless deployments across Sandboxes and Production.

  4. Implement and maintain source-driven development practices for Salesforce.

  5. Automate metadata and data migration processes between environments.

  6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and environment issues.

  7. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements in release processes.

  8. Provide guidance on Salesforce environment strategy (sandbox refresh, seeding, backup/restore).

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and/or DevOps.

  2. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce metadata deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure DevOps).

  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata API, packaging, and change sets.

  4. Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies.

  5. Proficiency in CI/CD automation, release management, and deployment governance.

  6. Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

  7. Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Must have:

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Salesforce DevOps Center experience.

  2. Experience in test automation frameworks for Salesforce.

  3. Background in enterprise-scale Salesforce orgs (multi-cloud, large user base).

  4. Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance) with compliance requirements.
