Job Title: Shipment Reconciliation Associate

Location: Gurgaon, HQ

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for Associate level of person who handles the escalations regarding shortage/damage claims and end to end shipments reconciliation. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling and verifying the damage, Shortage and Lost claims, ensuring accuracy in the claims processing. Process CN/COF as per contractual terms and conditions within agreed timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of Shipments: Check shipment status, POD remarks and verify documents and evidence shared by the clients and process the claims.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter claims data into the Open and CN/COF issued Google sheets and maintain detailed records of all reconciliations.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve clients Shipments Disputes between shipped and received goods.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure all claims settlements records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
  • Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in any stream required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in shipment reconciliation, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
