Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Associate – Finance
to manage core accounting operations with a focus on
Accounts Receivables, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-volume transactions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements using
Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end accounting operations
    , ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
  • Handle
    Accounts Receivables
    including billing, payment tracking, and customer reconciliation.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
    and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Compute, deduct, and file
    TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q)
    and perform related reconciliations.
  • Conduct
    bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations
    on a regular basis.
  • Process and monitor
    high-volume financial transactions
    accurately and efficiently.
  • Support internal and statutory audits with the required documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze
    MIS reports
    and assist management in decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2+ years of experience in
    Finance & Accounts
    , with exposure to
    Accounts Receivable, GST, and TDS compliance
    .
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
    or similar accounting software.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    MS Excel
    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).
  • Familiarity with
    GST and TDS portals
    and statutory filing processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
