Role Overview

We are looking for a

Operations Associate/ Sr Associate- Planetspark

to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills, excellent command of MS Excel, and proven experience in customer handling and retention. This role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders and handling of founder-level escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle
    founder-level escalations

with empathy, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Analyze customer data using
MS Excel

to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Support the operations team in achieving performance metrics and process efficiency.
- Apply logical reasoning and analytical thinking to troubleshoot challenges effectively.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in
    operations, customer success, or retention roles

- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

(data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Proven expertise in
customer handling and retention strategies

.
- Experience managing
high-level or founder escalations

.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
