Life Insurance Tele Sales Associate / Sr. Associate

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working l Rotational Week Off

Salary: Up to ₹3LPA + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We're looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Associates who can guide customers toward securing their financial future through the right life insurance products.

If you enjoy talking to people, can explain products clearly, and love achieving sales targets — this role is a perfect fit.

You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to prospects for life insurance & investment plans


• Understand customer goals and recommend suitable products


• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, terms, and premium details


• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


• Handle queries, doubts, and objections professionally


• Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in CRM


• Follow up consistently with interested leads

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and confident in handling objections

Good command of English and Hindi
