We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Associate to contribute in generating sales for our company. He/ She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the Calls and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Tele-sales Associate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the Chat as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers via Calls to introduce and promote products/services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection calmly.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Salary: 25,000-30,000 per month
  • Shift: Rotational Shift
  • Working Days: 6 Days working with One Rotational Off.
