Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Marketing/Growth Automation Specialists to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation.
  • Integrate CRMs and third-party tools.
  • Track and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Build dashboards and provide performance insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing automation/growth automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, workflows, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
