Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Education in Instructional Designing, Content Development, combined with a strong demonstrated understanding/experience of contemporary learning tools and solutions
  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in Instructional Design, preferably with learning management systems or learning experience platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering exible human centred design approaches to learning initiatives
  • Experience using a range of learning authoring such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Demonstrated experience developing high quality, interactive learning solutions which utilise a range of different media sources including animations, graphics and video
  • Experience using visual design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CANVA, Photoshop and Illustrator to create high quality graphics and visual designs
  • Ability to produce detailed storyboards that reect contemporary learning design and application of adult learning principles, including the development of activities and assessments where appropriate
  • Ability to work with technical information using a storytelling approach and design learning that meets the requirements of the learner audience
  • Ability to develop, collaborate and maintain internal and external working relationships
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable & collaborative in working style

Qualification:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology or Human Resource Management/Development with a working understanding of learning technologies and tools.

Role Prerequisites:

Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.

Experience in organizational development and Leadership development of at least 4-5 years.

A good hands-on experience in leading content development, delivery and working with graphic designers is essential.
