Key Responsibilities:

 Analyze technical training needs and design instructional strategies that align

with business and learner goals.

 Develop technical training content, including e-learning modules, job aids,

tutorials, simulations, and documentation.

 Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging

learning experiences.

 Collaborate with SMEs, developers, and product teams to ensure technical

accuracy and relevance.

 Use agile instructional design models (e.g. SAM) and adult learning principles to

guide content development.

 Create assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learning

effectiveness.

 Maintain and update training materials in line with product updates and process

changes.

 Work with LMS administrators to publish and track learning content.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,

Computer Science, or a related field.

 3+ years of experience designing technical training or instructional content.

 Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning

theory.

 Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe

Captivate).

 Familiarity with technical domains such as software development, cloud

platforms, APIs, or data analytics.

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for

diverse audiences.

 Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with tools like Git, Azure DevOps.

 Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.

 Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or scripting languages is a plus.

 Experience creating content for developer audiences or technical support teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹340, ₹762,000.07 per year
