Sales Manager_Corporate Gifting

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to lead and manage sales across our two growing brands Kappa Boxes (Premium Rigid Packaging) and New Source Hub Corporate Gifting & Merchandise.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, lead generation, client servicing, and order coordination across B2B, retail, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for corporate gifting and packaging
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product and packaging solutions
- Coordinate internally with design, production, and dispatch teams for seamless execution
- Manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and explore upselling opportunities
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting goals
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, packaging, printing, or merchandise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of client servicing and solution selling
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email tools
- Fluency in English (Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage)
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work on-site
