Job description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and a successful track record in real estate sales
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and potential property buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee negotiations and close high-value property deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to enhance productivity and client engagement.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10-20 years of sales experience in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and real estate trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain client trust and long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
