Business Development Trainee – IT Sales

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our IT Sales team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, lead generation, and business development in the technology sector. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and contribute to growing our client base in Karnataka and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
Understand client needs and present IT solutions effectively
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
Conduct field visits to meet clients and build long-term relationships (requires travel within assigned territory)
Work independently to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Requirements
Fresh graduates (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech – any discipline)
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
High energy, positive attitude, and target-driven mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities
