
Performance Marketer

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies to drive business objectives.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify).
- Track KPIs: Lower lead costs, boost ROI, increase conversions, and maximize ad efficiency (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- Analyze and report campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and custom dashboards.
- Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages (A/B testing, segmentation, creative optimization).
- Research competitors and trends—bring the latest digital tactics to our growth engine.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to deliver unified and compelling campaigns.
- Manage budgets to maximize return and minimize wasted spend.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in managing paid campaigns and driving measurable growth.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Deep understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and dashboard reporting—Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Certification in Google, Meta, or digital marketing preferred.
- Strong communicator, creative thinker, and problem-solver.
