Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an HR Team Lead. The HR Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, managing onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role includes tasks such as handling employee relations, managing performance appraisal systems, and supporting the overall development of the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Previous experience as an HR Team Lead or similar role is preferred
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
