Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources / IR Head located in Dodda Ballapur. The Human Resources / IR Head will manage daily HR operations, including creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role will also involve strategic HR management, like workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development to support organizational growth. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to foster a positive work environment and contribute to achieving the company's mission and vision.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and creating HR Policies skills
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Advanced knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry is a plus
