Role Overview: As an OE Cell Leader at the company, your main responsibility is to ensure the on-time completion of all projects assigned to your cell. You will be in charge of managing a group of lead engineers and draftsman, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and developing the skills of newly recruited candidates. Your role also involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders for project completion, conducting project reviews, monitoring performance, and initiating improvement and cost-saving activities. Key Responsibilities: - Check project orders in DMS and collaborate with Contract Management and TSS during kick-off meetings to understand project scope. - Support lead engineers in discussions with clients, customers, and vendors to address scope compliance queries promptly. - Monitor and ensure the on-time release of Bill of Material and preparation of AutoCAD drawings by lead engineers and draftsman. - Attend scheduled meetings with stakeholders to clarify queries and complete documentation. - Discuss Electrical and Instrumentation scope compliance with respective engineers for specific projects. - Ensure projects are completed on time with specification compliance and no sudden changes in scope. - Utilize maker and checker methodology for Bill of Material and drawing checking. - Monitor performance of lead engineers and draftsman and initiate improvement and cost-saving activities. Qualification Required: - Formal education: BE Mechanical - Professional experience: 12-15 years in project execution and order management - Special skills: Experience/exposure in project execution and order management - Defined Competencies: Knowledge of products and accessories, resource mobilization, conflict management, target orientation, familiarity with standards like API, ASME codes, DIN, ASTM, proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point applications, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.,
