Role & responsibilities

Required Candidates with good communication skills having 3 to 8 years of experience in Material Procurement, Negotiations with the vendors, preparing comparison statement, vendor management, Construction Material Experience in commercial buildings, High rise Buildings Experience, Housing projects Experience.

  • Research, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and transparency.
  • Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements at sites.Compare pricing and services to identify the most suitable vendors.
  • Conduct stock auditing at sites and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Coordinate with project team, plant to select right suppliers for all category requirements as per approved specifications.
  • Responsible for Process payments, invoices, and maintain purchase-related documentation. Monitor inventory levels and determine supply needs.
  • Develop new suppliers to bring cost effectiveness & transparency in system.
  • Working experience in sourcing / purchase of building construction materials and other allied products.
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office Having knowledge in software like ERP, SAP etc., will be an value add.
