Role Description
Raw materials, packing materials, Finished trading materials & Laboratory chemicals & consumables. The Purchase Executive will manage and oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials. Key responsibilities include vendor management, purchase order processing, contract negotiation, and inventory management. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with multiple departments, and monitoring market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Strong inventory management and purchase order processing skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and market research skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
