Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Focuses on building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identifies new sales opportunities, researches corporate risk portfolios, creates client databases, and pitches products and services to new customers.
- Risk Management & Underwriting: Reviews existing policies, assesses new risks, and ensures the company's products are customized to meet client needs.
- Claims Management: Oversees the claims processing, management, and adjudication process, especially for health and motor insurance, to ensure efficient and compliant handling.
- Operational & Strategic Oversight: Develops and implements strategies, policies, and procedures to improve client experience and overall operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Provides leadership, support, and guidance to teams, including claims processing teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all activities comply with relevant insurance laws, rules, and regulatory policies.
- Collaboration: Works closely with business teams, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders like healthcare providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and assess risks.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, management, and internal teams.
- Insurance Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the general insurance landscape, including policy types, risk assessment, and claims handling.
- Sales & Marketing: Experience in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and presenting products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance operations, claims processing, and compliance systems.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
