Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Insurance Sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and assisting them in choosing the right plan to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to promote various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested leads and ensure timely closures.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication in Hindi and English.
  • Confidence and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred (training will be provided).
  • Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM entry).

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary between : 28,000 to 400,000 per month (depending on experience/Last Drawn) + attractive incentives.
  • Day 1 salary from joining

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift (Domestic Process)
  • 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
