Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Insurance Sales Specialist.

1-Identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.

2-Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

3-Explain coverage options, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly.

4-Finalize deals with insurers and clients, ensuring competitive terms.

5-Maintain relationships to renew policies and cross-sell additional coverages.

6-Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using sales software.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is preferred
  • Graduate/Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Demonstrates in-depth expertise in insurance brokerage services, encompassing both Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB insurance products.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and an ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and driven attitude with the ability to work independently
