Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, meeting customers in person, handling calls and inquiries, and converting potential leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet potential customers at their workplace or business premises.
- Handle client calls and queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Provide persuasive and satisfactory responses to convert inquiries into sales.
- Promote and sell company services to new and existing clients.
- Maintain relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Submit daily reports on meetings, calls, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation ability and customer-handling expertise.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
