As part of our expansion, we're seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Analyst with strong expertise in SEO, Ad Management, and Performance Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital ecosystem end-to-end and can drive growth using strategy, analytics, and automation.

Key responsibilites:

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies using AI insights and automation tools.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP trend analysis.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including internal linking, schema, and technical audits.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
  • Optimize blog content, landing pages, and web structure to improve organic visibility.

Ad Management & Paid Campaigns (Meta + Google Ads)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
  • Develop ad creatives, copies, A/B testing assets, and funnel strategies.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as CPC, CTR, cost per lead, ROAS, and optimize accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting funnels, custom audiences, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive ad messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Build data-backed recommendations to improve ROI and campaign scalability.

Marketing Strategy & Coordination

  • Work closely with the content, design, and AI teams to align SEO, ad strategy, and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in planning integrated digital marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, new ad formats, algorithm updates, and AI tools to keep strategies future-ready.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of landing pages, user funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
